Elizabeth Bullard OTR, Chief Operating Officer
Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital is proud to announce their new Chief Operating Officer, Beth Bullard. Beth has over 25 years of clinical experience in adult rehabilitation with a specialty in neurological rehabilitation. During her last 8 years at NCRH, she has focused on prospective payment for rehabilitation, case management, and health information management. Beth is honored to be given this opportunity and is committed to assembling a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to delivering quality rehabilitative care to the Northern Colorado community.


Indira S. Lanig, MD, Medical Director
Dr. Lanig is a board-certified physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with subspecialty certification in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine. Dr. Lanig is active in Spinal Cord Injury related organized medicine and the American Paraplegia Society (APS), serving on multiple boards. Most recently, Dr. Lanig was the 2010 recipient of the prestigious APS A. Estin Comarr Memorial Award for Distinguished Clinical Service. We are honored to have such a distinguished leader on our team!


Mike Phillips, Area Director of Operations
Mr. Phillips is a native of Casper Wyoming and a graduate of the University of Wyoming. He has over 17 years of management and marketing experience and comes to us after 11 years in a not-for-profit acute care hospital setting. His additional education includes both a Master's in Management and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Mary in Bismarck North Dakota.


Revelyn G. Arrogante, M.D, Associate Medical Director
Associate Medical Director, Dr. Revelyn Arrogante is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the The Ohio State University and continued internship training in General Surgery at Waterbury Hospital, Waterbury Connecticut. She has a special interest in Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, TBI, Spasticity management, Musculoskeletal Disorders/Sports Medicine and Electrodiagnostic testing. She is involved in the NCRH’s Spasticity Clinic and EMG/NCS Clinics.


Rebecca M. Bierden, MD, Associate Medical Director
Dr. Bierden is a board eligible physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She was chief resident at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and completed internship training at Brody School of Medicine in Greenville, NC. The focus of her medical training was centered on Neurorehabilitation and she specializes in traumatic brain injury, stroke and spinal cord injury.


Rhonda Carolus CRRN, Director of Nursing
Rhonda Carolus has 13 years experience as a registered nurse. Clinical experience includes critical care, surgical acute care, skilled care and cardiac rehabilitation. She has spent the last 9 years as a Director of Nursing in a Critical Access Hospital.


Carolyn McCain, Director of Human Resources
Carolyn has been working in Human Resources since 1998 and has worked in healthcare HR since 2004. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an MBA, with a concentration in HR, from Baker College, Center for Graduate Studies in Flint, Michigan. Carolyn has been an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has been a certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through SHRM and the HR Certification Institute since 2004.


Judy Robinson, BSN, MPH, Director of Compliance
Judy is responsible for Compliance, Quality, Risk Management and Performance Improvement for Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital. She is dedicated to developing health care organizations to provide first-rate customer service and achieve excellent patient and family satisfaction. Judy has a passion for leadership development and creating a hospital culture of best practices to achieve quality outcomes. She is a member of the Quality Council, Medical Executive Committee and Governing Body to facilitate quality and compliance activities. She has over 34 years of nursing and senior management experience in hospital and community settings. Judy started her nursing career as a surgical and rehabilitation nurse, for 14 years in San Diego. Her past experiences in the local community include serving as the Clinical Services Executive and Quality Resources Director.


Justin Turnbull, Director of Plant Operations, Safety Officer
Justin has been in the Facilities Operations field for 8 years. He has a degree in Animal Science. His past work experience includes being a Mechanic and a Life Safety Officer for a 132 bed acute hospital for the past 5 years. Justin is an active member of ASHE, the American Society for Healthcare Engineering.


Deb Campbell, OTR, Director of Therapy Operations
Deb Campbell has over 16 years of occupational therapy experience in adult rehabilitation. She received a BA in physical education from Whittier College in 1989 and went on to receive her MS degree in exercise physiology from the University of Oregon in 1992. While working in cardiac rehabilitation & wellness Deb continued to expand her skills in rehabilitation. She received an AAS as an occupational therapy assistant from Arapahoe Community College in 1995. Deb worked at Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital in Aurora from 1995-1999 when she moved to Northern Colorado. She was employed at Mckee Medical Center from 2000-2005 and then joined the therapy team at NCRH when we opened our doors. While working FT as the IP lead Deb entered the Masters program at Texas Woman's University for Occupational Therapy. After completing 6 months of fieldwork in OP neuro and hand clinics Deb passed the NBCOT exam and became a Registered Occupational Therapist in Jan 2010. She returned to her role as lead therapist at NCRH and that summer had the opportunity to serve as interim DTO at our Greenwood, SC hospital. In June of 2011 Deb was promoted to DTO at NCRH.


Christina Salas, MSW, LSW, Director of Marketing and Business Development
Christina comes to Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital and Northern Colorado Long Term Acute Hospital with over 14 years of Health Care experience. She is a Colorado native, born and raised in Northern Colorado. Christina has held several roles in her tenure with EHI. She was most recently promoted to the Director of Marketing and Business Development. Christina graduated from Colorado State University with a Masters in Social Work. Christina is passionate about providing quality care to patients of Northern Colorado.


Leah Davis, MS, CRC, CCM, Director of Case Management/PAI Coordinator
Leah has been in the fields of case management and prospective payment system for acute rehabilitation for the past 6 years.  Leah has her Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling Psychology and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Certified Case Manager.
